Enterprise technology solutions provider Centre Technologies has acquired cloud and managed services provider,
Tradentrix, LLC (Tradentrix). Centre Technologies, whose headquarters are in Houston, Texas, United States, was founded in 2006. The company specializes in providing enterprise IT solutions and predominantly caters to businesses in Texas and Louisiana. The acquisition allows Centre Technologies to add Tradentrix’s full suite of services to its range of offerings.
Tradentrix, which also has headquarters in Houston, Texas, United States, was established in 2008. The company specializes in customized trading solutions hosted in its cloud infrastructure. Its managed services include virtual desktops, disaster recovery, and enterprise cloud offerings. It was previously named as the second fastest growing company on the Houston Fastest Growing Technology Companies list. Although the financial aspects of the deal were not reported it was announced Tradentrix’ would retain its current employees.
