August 24, 2006 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Eric L. Mersch has joined web hosting and audio and video streaming provider VitalStream, the company announced recently. Mr. Mersch will join the company as Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Mersch most recently worked for Harrah’s Entertainment, Inc. where he was Vice President, Finance for Harrah’s Las Vegas and The Flamingo. During his tenure here revenue doubled. Prior to joining Harrah’s, Mr. Mersch was CFO of Andre-Boudin Bakeries, Inc. and Senior Associate, Corporate Finance at the “technology-focused” investment bank Robertson.
