FastHosts Introduce The UK'S First Dedicated Web Scripting Support Helpline
Fasthosts today announced the exciting launch of its new dedicated web scripting support line. Open from 9am to 9pm, 7 days a week, this unique service, available only to Fasthosts customers, has been provided to further augment Fasthosts commitment to providing market leading support services.
The service offers professional debugging and support for complex web scripts, currently unavailable at any other major UK hosting provider. The support line is immediately available to assist with the following:
* Server side scripting: ASP/VBScript, PHP and Perl
* Client side scripting: (X)HTML, CSS and JavaScript
* Script debugging
* Error diagnosis and remedy
* Code simplification and best practice Resource guidance CGI and .NET framework implementation
Andrew Michael, Chief Executive, commented, "Many of our customers have asked us to consult and help them troubleshoot scripts and we felt the time was now right to develop our support services to this level. Calls to the Scripting Support line (0905 627 0999) are only available to Fasthosts customers and are charged at £1 per minute; mobiles and some other networks may cost more. Fasthosts continue to offer its market leading Xtreme support via http://xtreme.fasthosts.co.uk or 0870 888 3800 and stress that the new Scripting Support line has been implemented to offer an additional new service, not yet offered from any other major UK hosting provider.
