ClientExec includes hosting billing and support center areas, allowing resellers to administer customers’ payments, invoices, billing options as well as respond to support tickets. WHMCS provides billing, automated server and domain integration, integrated support system, customer profiles, integration with many payment gateways, complete client area, and statistical and financial statistics. RVSiteBuilder Pro supports PHP, JavaScript and Applet in WYSIWYG mode, and is fully integrated to cPanel allowing resellers to choose who uses the system and who des not.
Alongside its shared hosting and reseller options, FastNext offers VPS and dedicated server options, alongside website design services. The company owns all of its servers and utilizes 64-bit technology using AMD Dual Opteron servers 248 or 250 CPUs powered by 64bit CentOS Enterprise Linux. The servers have at least 2GB RAM and multiple hard drives in RAID 10 configuration. The company also makes nightly backups of customer data to a local backup HDD and weekly backups of the entire server to the remote backup storage. |
