Web Hosting Provider Fat Jack Hosting Offering Customers New Clustering Technology

July 19, 2007 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Web hosting provider Fat Jack Hosting (http://www.fatjackhosting.com) is offering customers new clustering technology, it was announced recently. According to the company, the new offering offers customers a backup system “that is used by Amazon, eBay and other top sites” and provides the “highest online availability and performance”.

To emphasize the importance of an effective backup solution, Fat Jack Hosting quotes an online survey which shows that "more than a third (35 percent) of U.S. adults who have personal/professional data and digital information stored on a PC or a laptop never back up their files, and a vast majority (76 percent) of those who do back up their files don't do it often enough." Translating this to the business world, the company suggests lack of viable backup procedures could be “devastating on a professional level”.

"We are glad to be able to say we've hit 99.9% availability over the last year. We have now set a new goal of 99.99% for the upcoming year. With this new clustering technology solution, we don't foresee achieving that aim as being a problem at all," explained Ralph Smith of Fat Jack Hosting.
