Final ASP LLC has its eye on growth and one way they intend on doing it is through acquisitions.
In a move to gain more customers in their own local market Final ASP LLC and Spun Creations reached a deal for an undisclosed amount for Spun Creations Web Hosting business. Spun Creations has served the local Memphis market for over 10 years and will continue to serve it by focusing on Web Development and Web Design.
"It has been a good move for us and has allowed us to pick up a large number of customers in our area. We have been successfully moving these customers to our more premium line of services like Hosted Microsoft Exchange and Hosted Microsoft CRM."
Final ASP has said they are speaking to other organizations about possible buyouts and says they are hoping to announce more soon.
