Openhost has partnered with email security company SpamExperts in a move that extends SpamExperts’ solutions in the French market. Openhost, which has headquarters in Couëron, France, offers dedicated, shared and hybrid cloud solutions based on Microsoft solutions. The company has adopted SpamExperts’ Outgoing Filtering options as a result of experiencing problems with its shared infrastructure that led to the company having a “bad IP reputation”.
Openhost works from “highly secure” facilities in France that are “directly administered” by the company’s technical staff. The company specializes in addressing its customers’ safety and accessibility issues and caters to companies of a range of sizes, including SMEs and local authorities. SpamExperts’ solution has saved Openhost “time and financial resources” and allowed the company to focus on its core competencies instead of addressing complex IP issues.
“SpamExperts is an affordable solution that helps us improve the delivery rate,” suggested Openhost’s System Engineer, Jordan Roy. “The filter prevents spam messages from getting to the internet and preserves our servers’ IP reputation. The support we are getting is really great and the team responds quickly.”
