November 16, 2007 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Go Daddy has integrated its email accounts with the BlackBerry Internet Service to allow its customers to send and access emails on the move, it was reported yesterday.
“This ideal solution allows our customers to be away from their computers and more easily communicate by email,” explained Bob Parsons, Go Daddy’s CEO and Founder. “We want to make life easier for our customers and this integration with BlackBerry email certainly does the trick.”
Go Daddy customers can now use BlackBerry smartphones in conjunction with their Go Daddy web-based email. As email messages are read and deleted from either smartphone or web-based email, the message status is synchronized between both mailboxes. Email messages sent from a smartphone also appear in a user’s ‘sent’ folder.

Once an email account is setup with GoDaddy.com, BlackBerry users simply need to input their username and password on the handset and the BlackBerry Internet Service will be able to automatically synchronize with their web-based account. When an email message is received, BlackBerry smartphone users receive an alert letting them know new email arrived.
Go Daddy email also offers virus protection, spam filtering, phishing fraud protection and 256-bit encryption, just to name a few of the enhancements that come at no charge. Whenever someone registers or transfers a domain name, they receive a free email account.
Go Daddy provides a range of domain name registration and Web site hosting services, as well as a broad array of on-demand and other services. The company has more than 24 million domain names under management.
