Google Launches Program that Allows Web Hosts to Integrate Google Webmaster Tools Directly into Their Webmasters' Hosting Accounts

July 17, 2008 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Google has launched a program that allows web hosts to integrate Google webmaster tools directly into their webmasters’ hosting accounts, it was revealed today. The program comes on the heals of last year’s pilot partnership with Go Daddy which gave every Go Daddy customer easy access to Google Webmaster Tools via hosting accounts.

Google has now expanded its original initiative to the Google Webmaster Tools Access Provider Program, which allows any qualifying web hosts worldwide to do the same as Go Daddy. Using a set of Google APIs, web hosts can integrate Google Webmaster Tools access directly into their own services so that their webmasters are only a click away from the free tools we offer.

Alongside GoDaddy, IPOWER, StartLogic, PowWeb, and Strato have been in the program, and from this point forward, all partners in the scheme will sport a Google Webmaster Tools Access Provider logo. Full details of the program are available at Google Webmaster Central blog (http://googlewebmastercentral.blogspot.com/).
