January 13, 2007 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Private Label Exchange Hosting provider groupSPARK (http://www.groupspark.com) has announced the launch of a hosted version of Microsoft SharePoint Services v3.0. groupSPARK’s private label version will allow web hosting providers and ISPs to provide the latest collaboration technology to their customers.

"SharePoint 3.0 is a tremendous application for driving organizational effectiveness and companies of all sizes are seeking ways to put it to work for them," explained groupSPARK’s Chief Executive Officer, Ravi Agarwal. "By providing our partners with a hosted, private-label version, they are able to bring the benefit of SharePoint 3.0 to a far wider range of companies."

SharePoint Services v3.0 allows businesses to create customized collaboration portals that help increase team productivity and create an organizational community, enabling multi-location members of staff to communicate and exchange ideas more effectively.
groupSPARK SharePoint Services v3.0 plans offer up to 10 GBs of storage space. With groupSPARK hosting the solution, its partners are able to concentrate on core competencies and not managing SharePoint Services.

"Hosted solutions are increasingly seen as the most sensible approach to bringing enterprise-class applications to small and medium businesses," added Agarwal. "Our partners are looking for new products and services they can offer to their existing customers while businesses seek ways to gain access to new and powerful applications. Our host model is meeting the needs of both groups."
