Guy Cunningham has joined Netsurion and EventTracker. Netsurion, which has headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, United States, provides “remotely-managed data and network security services for multi-location businesses”. EventTracker, which has headquarters in Columbia, Maryland, United States, is a Netsurion subsidiary specializing in “business-critical solutions to consolidate, correlate and detect changes that impact the performance, availability and security of IT infrastructures”. Mr. Cunningham becomes Vice President, Channel Sales and Distribution of both companies.
An industry veteran, Mr. Cunningham has extensive direct and channel technology sales experience. He most recently held the position of Director of Global Alliances at Veritas Technologies where he was responsible for managing relationships for both Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Hitachi Data Systems. Prior to this he worked with cloud provider Connectria Hosting in the role of Regional Director of Sales for Data Center, Managed Hosting. His other roles have included Senior Manager, Eastern U.S., Commercial Channel Sales at Symantec. At Netsurion and EventTracker he will be in charge of helping resellers, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and distributors “realize the full potential of Netsurion and EventTracker’s offerings for small to mid-size organizations”.
