Synnex Buys Share in Chinese Web Hosting Company
| April 10, 2007 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Synnex Corporation has bought shares in a Chinese web hosting company, it was announced recently. The company, China Civilink, is an ecommerce company that offers domain name registration, website hosting and design, and manages a portal. Synnex now maintains a controlling share in the company, which operates in China as “HiChina Web Solutions”. "HiChina is a well respected organization and a pioneer in the ecommerce business in China," explained President and CEO of Synnex, Mr. Robert Huang, who added that HiChina offers "a broad customer base, including over 300,000 profiled end-users, to evolve our emerging supply chain services business in China." HiChina has some 350 employees and operates out of Beijing. The company will continue to use the name of HiChina Web Solutions. |
