Web Host Hivelocity in Free VPS Giveaway at HostingCon 2008
July 26, 2008 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Web host Hivelocity (http://hivelocity.net/) will give away free Virtual Private Server (VPS) at HostingCon 2008, it was reported recently. The company recently launched its VPS product Hivelocity and hopes to “jump-start” its move into this sector by “introducing it free to as many of the 1,500 expected trade show attendees as possible”.
“Who wouldn’t want a free VPS?” asked Steve Eschweiler, the company’s General Manager. “By giving away this service free for the first month we hope to introduce Hivelocity to a lot of people and show them what we are all about.” Signing up for free VPS will simply be a matter of visiting Hivelocity’s booth at HostingCon (#522) in the event’s exhibit hall.
HostingCon is an annual event catering to web hosting and related industries. This year the event takes place at Chicago’s Navy Pier from Monday July 28, 2008 to Wednesday July 30, 2008. A record number of exhibitors and attendees are expected at what will be its fourth year running. Hivelocity will also be giving away a Nintendo Wii and Hivelocity t-shirts alongside its free VPS service.
