It also provides the first facelift the company has had in its six-year existence, showing their maturity as they begin rolling out new products and services.
The new http://www.hostdepot.com allows customers to chat electronically or even speak directly with sales or support associates via the Internet using Voice over IP (VoIP). The VoIP feature requires Microsoft NetMeeting or like software. Service offerings have been revamped and are presented more clearly. Site navigation is faster with new drop-down menus and online ordering is easier. New services, such as Internet access, are featured at the new look http://www.hostdepot.com.

Several new features make it easier for customers to find information regarding Host Depot services and to select the appropriate service. Site Search is a new feature that supports keyword searches for specific site content and also searches related articles in Host Depot's expansive Knowledge Base. The Hosting Wizard guides customers through a series of questions and then recommends a hosting solution based on the customer's answers. The Access Wizard assists customers in finding Internet access services available in their area. The Domain Wizard helps customers register their domain name and provides detailed pricing by TLD.
The new web site will support multiple languages later in the year.
