Jeffrey P. Bash has joined the Board of Directors of hosted services provider
Crexendo, Inc. The company, whose services include web hosting, hosted telecommunications services, ecommerce software options, website development and broadband business, focuses on providing services to small and medium-sized businesses at "affordable monthly rates".
Mr. Bash brings a range of experience to Crexendo's board. Formerly a Crexendo investor, he is Vice President of Dallas, Texas-based corporate finance services provider Richmont Corporation. He has also been a consultant for General Pacific Partners LLC, where he has provided strategic planning, corporate finance, and research and report writing support since 2008. Additionally, he was Corporate Vice President at Actuary for New York Life Insurance Company.
Mr. Bash is a graduate of Oberlin College where he received a degree in mathematics. He was also a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) from 1970 to 1995.
