Web Hosting Provider Hosted Solutions Chosen by PromoPipeline for Managed Hosting Services
December 10, 2007 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Web hosting provider Hosted Solutions (http://www.hostedsolutions.com) has been chosen by PromoPipeline (http://www.promopipeline.com) to provide managed hosting services for the next three years, it was announced recently. The company, a “vertical search engine” providing better communications between vendors, distributors and resellers, is “centralizing its IT infrastructure” in Hosted Solutions’ Charlotte Data Center facility.
PromoPipeline’s decision was based on Hosted Solutions’ ability to “provide best practice recommendations and guidance in regards to hardware and database configuration, and 100% network uptime on a fully managed enterprise infrastructure”. The package provided to PromoPipeline includes Hi-Touch dedicated servers, managed firewall, SPLA licensing, database administration services, managed backups, and network connectivity, which are monitored and maintained by Hosted Solutions at its Charlotte Data Center facility.
