Hostgator's 'Cyber Monday' (December 2, 2013) promotion offers a 75% reduction on the standard price of its products and services. The company, recognized as one of the leading providers in the industry, has a broad customer base and manages millions of accounts. It is offering a 75% discount on hosting and a huge 90% off fees for certain domain names.
The move comes on the heels of the company's successful "Black Friday" sale, which took place 29 November 2013 and also provided 75% discounts.
75% discounts will be available during "Flash Sale" periods, which include 12AM – 1AM, 10AM – 12AM, and 10PM – 11:59PM Central Time. Outside these periods discounts will be for 60% rather than 75%. All discounts will extend to Hostgator's shared, reseller, VPS and dedicated server hosting options, and apply to a customer's first invoice.
The Cyber Monday discounts mean the company's Hatchling Plan will be available at $1.98 a month for three years, it's Baby Plan available for $3.18 for the same period, and its Business plan available for $5.18 per month for three years. The company's reseller hosting will be available for $12.48 per month, its VPS hosting $9.98 for the 1st month only, and its dedicated hosting $87 for the 1st month only.
