Dialpoint Communications Corporation Acquires Hostigation.com Assets
| January 10, 2008 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Dialpoint Communications Corporation has acquired the assets of colocation and web hosting provider Hostigation.com (http://www.hostigation.com), it was announced today. The company, a provider of voice, data, business telephone systems and Internet services, plans to expand Hostigation's product and distribution capabilities to enhance its presence in the colocation and web hosting markets. The changes will not impact Hostigation.com customers. "We are very pleased with the acquisition of Hostigation.com,” explained President of Dialpoint Communications, Mr. Radford. “This transaction will allow Dialpoint Communications to not only extend its product offerings but also add to network diversity by bringing 2 operational datacenters into the company's network topography allowing for more switch diversity throughout the country." Hostigation.com offers a range of services, including DNS only hosting, Linux hosting, VPS hosting, Linux servers and reseller options. The company also offers domain register and transfer services alongside Pop3 email. |
