Internet Solutions and Web Hosting Provider HostRail Announces Virtual Private Servers

June 30, 2008 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Internet solutions and web hosting provider HostRail (http://www.hostrail.com) has announced the launch of Virtual Private Servers (VPS) offerings, it was reported recently. According to the company the new offerings are “expected to be a more affordable and reliable solution to dedicated servers”.

"I envision this product becoming a more reliable and affordable alternative to dedicated servers and we are proud to add VPS to our product line."
HostRail, headquartered in St. Paul, Minnesota, USA, offers a range of services including grid technology.

The company’s new "Fat" VPS packages offer “integrated control panels and provide complete control with root access”. Linux-based, the VPS packages run on Dual Xeon servers and offer Ruby-on-Rails as standard. The packages are available with bandwidth options between 500GB and 2000GB and disk space options between 144 GB and 546GB on dual drives.
