Hybrid Cloud Solutions Provider Cloud Carib to Open New Data Centers
Hybrid cloud solutions provider Cloud Carib Ltd. (Cloud Carib) is to open new data centers in the Caribbean and Latin America region. With headquarters in Nassau, Bahamas, Cloud Carib is “the premiere managed cloud service provider in the Caribbean”. Established in 2011, the company offers a wide range of services including cloud computing, IaaS, virtualization, DRaaS, BUaaS, and VMware. Cloud Carib is “bringing several new data centers to the region”.

Cloud Carib's move is a response to increased interest in cloud services in the region. While the company has data centers on Nassau and Freeport islands in the Bahamas, it is also “launching a newly rebuilt CaribPod data center in Panama” and planning to extend services into Barbados and Jamaica, Trinidad, Cayman, and other regional locations. Cloud Carib’s international standard data centers offer 24/7 services and “around the clock support and monitoring”.

"Our strategic expansion demonstrates our continuing commitment to clients that we're delivering best in-class services directly to them and allowing our clients to choose a location that best suits their needs,” explained Cloud Carib’s Chief Commercial Officer, Scott MacKenzie. “We're helping clients design a solution for them, not providing cookie cutter solutions and forcing them to work within those constraints -- Cloud Carib is dedicated to service excellence for our clients."
