IaaS Company ANEXIO Acquires Cloud and Data Center Solutions Provider Net Data Centers’ Assets

Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) company ANEXIO has acquired the assets of cloud and data center solutions provider Net Data Centers. ANEXIO, whose global headquarters are in Raleigh, North Carolina, United States, provides “desktop to data center solutions” for customers moving from legacy IT environments to hybrid cloud infrastructures. The company operates “eight Tier III SOC-2 certified data centers, an IT solutions center and a nationwide IP Network”. Its services include cloud, storage, disaster recovery, managed IT, and managed VoIP. ANEXIO’s acquisition of Net Data Centers doubles its customer size.
Net Data Centers has headquarters in Los Angeles, California, United States. The company provides “tailored, enterprise-grade cloud and data center solutions for businesses around the world”. It represents ANEXIO's fifth major acquisition over the latest four years and increases ANEXIO's customer base to around 200 companies and individuals.
