Superb Internet, which bills itself as “the world's original and first cloud host’, has global headquarters in Honolulu, Hawaii, United States. Since inception Superb Internet has focused on several areas, starting with web hosting. In 1997 the company became “the first to offer name-based hosting” and in 1998 it transitioned to emphasize dedicated servers. In 1999, Superb Internet became the first company to provide a commercial Virtual Private Server (VPS) service. As a result, should a customer with a $100 per month account be lucky enough to be a 22nd customer during these two months, he or she will receive $26,400 of free service over the next 22 years.
