Web Hosting Solutions Provider Incognito Networks Acquires SCPanel.NET
January 13, 2006 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Web hosting solutions provider Incognito Networks (http://www.incognitonetworks.com) has announced that it has made an agreement to acquire SCPanel.net, makers of the Shoutcast control panel.

SCPanel will be integrated with Incognito Networks' technical support and the company will ultimately introduce free SCPanel installations for new and current customers. Incognito will maintain SCPanel developers and continue to release new Shoutcast features.
