Web Werks Data Centers (Web Werks) has announced the launch of a new service - ‘Resell Your Own Cloud’ (RYOC). Web Werks has headquarters in Mumbai, India and operates Tier III and Tier IV data centers that are ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013, ISO 20000-1, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, ISO 27001, TIA-942 and SSAE16, SSAE18 SOC 2 Type 1 compliant. The company also operates a web hosting brand, making it a genuine ‘one stop’ solution for those who need an effective web presence. The company’s solutions extend to cloud options, VPS hosting, and dedicated servers alongside colocation. RYOC “allows a particular account holder to host multiple accounts under their own price listed and brand name”.
RYOC’s white label approach allows Web Werks’ customers to brand their own cloud server options. The account holder is responsible for “securing, configuring and updating the server depending on the clients’ requirements”, while Web Werks manages “network connectivity” and hardware. The approach has advantages over traditional reseller hosting as Web Werks’ can easily grow their own businesses.
“The idea of inventing this crucial feature is to create brand awareness and to boost customer growth as it provides redundant environment to host your cloud account,” explained Web Werks’ Technical Manager. "We don’t want to remain stagnant in the market. To create our own recognition, we are upgrading our deliverables and bringing in more innovative approaches."
