Infinishare Technologies Launches Domain Name Supporting Home Server

September 7, 2007 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Infinishare Technologies has launched a “home server” that supports domain names, it was reported recently. The company’s Purplenova 3.1 (http://www.purplenova.com) allows users to host content directly from their Internet-connected PC with a domain or sub-domain name. This allows individuals and small-businesses to “make information web-accessible to customers and partners”.

The solution has been designed for security and use by users with limited or no hosting experience. Users can use the solution “without having to ever hear of router configurations, IP addresses, ports, Firewalls, or even HTML”.

Purplenova protects PCs from malware and various internet attacks and ensures only content selected for publishing becomes web-accessible. Visitors do not gain access to a PCs entire hard disk and content can be marked for either public or private access. Content available for public access will be listed on search engines.
