Bishop Technologies, Inc. has achieved new Microsoft Competencies. The company, whose customers include enterprises of a range of sizes as well as US government agencies, provides a range of email, search and eDiscovery solutions. It assists enterprises with regulatory and corporate compliance issues and provides information management consulting services alongside “on-premise, cloud, and hybrid solutions”. Bishop Technologies achieved two new Microsoft competencies - Silver Cloud Productivity competency and the Silver Midmarket Solution Provider competency.
Bishop Technologies provides a suite of managed services provide additional value to its customers’ hybrid environments. These include unstructured data management, hybrid infrastructure, and hybrid storage and backup. By achieving new competencies the company has demonstrated its ability to meet Microsoft requirements for catering for customer needs. Silver Cloud Productivity competency requires companies to take a range of exams and provide customer satisfaction feedback to establish their expertise catering for customers utilizing Microsoft solutions.
"Our new hybrid cloud solution bundles were designed with that specific goal in mind," explained Bishop Technologies’ Vice President of Business Development, Dan Langille. "We begin with 'cloud readiness' assessments around which we help our clients create logical, phased plans for their transitions to the cloud. After we identify and justify which workloads belong in the cloud and which should stay on-premise, we then work hand-in-hand with our clients to deploy those cloud services and to migrate the associated data and applications to the cloud."
