Key-Systems GmbH (Key-Systems) has formed a partnership with trademark and brand protection solutions provider Corsearch, and IP and brand protection company INCOPRO. Together the companies will offer law firms “full service domain management and brand protection”.
Key-Systems, which has headquarters in Sankt Ingbert, Germany, was established in 1998. The company offers a range of web hosting and related services including data center services, domain registration and reselling, and brand protection options. It currently manages “more than 4 million domains for more than 100,000 retail/corporate customers and 2,300 resellers worldwide” through its own TIER III SKYWAY data center. Working with the ‘BrandShelter’ domain management solution, law firms will be offered “an easy way to manage the domain portfolios of their clients”.
Corsearch was established in 1949 and has headquarters in New York, United States. The company bills itself as “a premier provider of clearance and protection solutions for trademark and brand professionals”. The Corsearch platform offers tools that facilitate effective domain and trademark management. “We are excited to have won Corsearch as a partner,” explained the CEO of Key-Systems, Alexander Siffrin. “Our customers will benefit from our joint expertise and excellence.”
Corsearch and INCOPRO have renewed collaboration efforts designed to allow law firms to “deliver strategic advice and online enforcement for their clients”. Corsearch will streamline INCOPRO’s brand protection technology to create a “law firm edition” which enables law firms to protect customers from online intellectual property abuse. “As a lawyer myself, I know that technology has a huge role to play in enabling law firms to deliver strategic and cost-effective advice and support to clients,” suggested Simon Baggs, the CEO of INCOPRO. “INCOPRO is thrilled to be working with Corsearch in delivering this new and exciting solution.”
