Interwoven Joins New NASDAQ Internet Index

December 5, 2007 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Interwoven (http://www.interwoven.com), a “global leader in content management solutions”, has joined the new NASDAQ Internet Index, it was announced yesterday. The Index, which was launched November 27, 2007, tracks the performance of companies involved in Internet-related services. These include Internet Service Providers (ISPs), Internet search engines, Web hosting providers, and website design and Internet retail companies. Companies invited onto the Index to date include Amazon, eBay, Google, Priceline.com, and Shutterfly.

"The NASDAQ Internet Index is comprised of securities of companies that are at the forefront of internet technology,” explained a NASDAQ press release announcing the new index’s launch. “They are leading innovators in providing faster internet access, creating more intuitive e-commerce experiences, and developing the second generation Web."
