Cloud Support has announced the launch of hybrid cloud-based services designed to reduce IT costs for small businesses.
Cloud Support, which has corporate offices in Henderson, Nevada, provides IT project management and support organization with a focus on migrating in premise infrastructure to cloud based infrastructure and providing the "server, application, and user level support required by small to medium businesses". The company is a Google Business Services, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Cloud Services reseller and a Digium Asterisk interoperability partner, and is able to provide their solutions as a single solution provider.
Companies that have utilized services that leverage the company's partnership with Amazon Web Services have experienced a 74% reduction in hardware ownership and a 58% reduction in ongoing support costs. Cloud Support helps clients with servers and virtual private networks achieve significant cost savings without having to change software or workflow.
“Big Data has achieved cost savings of over 90% by transferring server capacity to the data center since 2006 and now these economies of scale are available to small business,” explained Cloud Support's Managing Director, Aaron Lester.
