Venture Technologies has acquired managed services provider WhiteLight Group. Venture Technologies, which has headquarters in Ridgeland, Mississippi, United States, was established in 1986.The company offers a wide range of cloud services, specializing in providing “premise infrastructure solutions, collaboration solutions and cloud services to both private and public sector organizations”. It has a presence in Alabama, Colorado, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee and Wyoming and owns data centers in Jackson, Mississippi, Englewood, Colorado, and Casper, Wyoming, and caters to “thousands of domestic and international customers”. The acquisition will extend WhiteLight Group’s ability to offer “complete and flexible enterprise technology solutions” to its customers. The cost of the deal was not released.
WhiteLight Group, which has headquarters in Waukesha, Wisconsin, United States, specializes in business applications services and software solutions, with particular focus on “Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and associated software”. The company caters to customers both in the United States and globally offering a number of deployment and infrastructure options for its solutions.
