Web Hosting Provider iWeb Offer Employees Grants Options

A total of 390,000 options pursuant to its 2004 Stock Option Plan were granted to the company’s staff. iWeb’s options allow holders to purchase one common iWeb share at a price corresponding to the closing market price of the common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange on the last trading day prior to the date the options being granted. iWeb common shares closing market price on the TSX Venture Exchange on January 3, 2007 - the day prior to the granting of the options - was $0.40 per share. The options may be utilized 5 years from the date granted. Established in 1996, iWeb provides a range of shared and dedicated hosting options alongside co-renting at its data centers.
