Web Hosting Provider Ecommerce Corporation Joins the RatePoint Partner Program
Web hosting provider IX Web Hosting, a subsidiary of Ecommerce Corporation (http://www.ecommerce.com), has joined the RatePoint Partner Program (http://www.ratepoint.com/), it was announced recently. According to the company, IX Web Hosting is the “first Ecommerce property to integrate RatePoint's comprehensive reputation management platform into its overall customer offering”.

RatePoint allows businesses to receive and publish customer feedback from their web sites. RatePoint “verifies actual consumer ratings for authenticity” and provides businesses with “an opportunity to respond to feedback and publish those reviews online”. RatePoint offers surveys, coupons, emails and a web-based management interface to “make it easy for businesses to connect with customers, increase sales and improve consumer confidence”.
