Malaysian web host Shinjiru Technology SdnBhd (
SpamExperts) and Dutch email security company SpamExperts have formed a partnership. Shinjiru Technology, which has headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, was established in 1998. The company caters to a global base of around 40,000 customers offering services that include shared hosting, Virtual Private Server (VPS) options, dedicated servers, and cloud solutions. Its services also extend to Web Builder, and MailBlast options. The company has joined the SpamExperts Hosting Partnership Program.
SpamExperts is increasingly recognized as the global leader in email security. The company has headquarters in Amsterdam, Netherlands and provides its services (which include inbound and outbound email filtering) to shared web hosts and organizations like ISPs and telecommunication companies. Its solutions can be housed within SpamExperts' ‘Hosted Cloud’ or its customers' virtual hardware-based clouds. Prior to adopting SpamExperts' solutions, Shinjiru Technology leveraged an in-house solution with anti-spam filters that was managed by an internal technical support team. This solution did not suffice and its customers experienced problems like email queue overload, overused storage, and loss of emails due to filtering issues. The switch was forced when the company experienced IP blacklisting.

"We are able to protect our customers from spam while also automating our operations and achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction."
