Managed Cloud Services Provider Rapidscale Announces Launch of Self-help Resource for Customers
Managed cloud services provider Rapidscale has announced the launch of a new self-help resource for customers. Rapidscale, which has headquarters in Irvine, California, United States, offers a range of cloud computing solutions which include products and services such as its Enterprise CloudMail, CloudMail, CloudOffice, CloudRecovery, and CloudServer. The company’s new resource is part of its new support center found at support.rapidscale.net.

The RapidScale Support Center is an interactive, self-help resource that enables the company’s sales partners and customers to “find support at any time of day and from anywhere in the world”. Visitors can submit queries to the RapidScale help desk and find additional information on the company’s forums.

“Our customers are our top priority and ensuring that they have quick access to tips, documentation, and any other resources they might need will only help to ensure their satisfaction,” explained Ryan Turpin, the Cloud Support Manager at RapidScale. “Our Support Center will allow customers to find answers and post topics without having to go through the process of submitting a ticket to our help desk. It’s on-demand customer care.”
