Datapipe has announced the launch of managed cloud services for Amazon Web Services (AWS) which include automation and orchestration. The company, whose US headquarters are in San Jose, California, specializes in "architecting, deploying and managing multi-platform hybrid IT solutions" which include public, private and hybrid clouds. It operates data centers in the United States, Brazil, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Germany, Hong Kong, China and Singapore, and its new services offer enterprises a wealth of benefits.
As part of its service, Datapipe provides a team of automation experts who audit an enterprise's infrastructure to establish areas where automation might be beneficial. The team then deploy "custom automation solutions" and "optimize frameworks and strengthen AWS service delivery". The benefits of the new automation service include faster AWS environment deployments and increased ability to adapt to application changes. Alongside reduced IT operation costs, the service offers fully automated PCI compliance and customization "based on each enterprise’s individual needs".
