Ntiva Inc. (Ntiva) has acquired IN Communications Inc. (IN Communications). Ntiva, which has headquarters in McLean, Virginia, United States, was established in 2004. With partners like Dell, Microsoft, Cisco, Datto, and Google, the company is involved in a number of areas including cloud computing and managed services alongside Exchange hosting and providing disaster recovery options. Financial aspects of Ntiva’s acquisition of IN Communications have not been released.
IN Communications has headquarters in Fairfax, Virginia, United States and was established in 1987. The company specializes in a number of areas including telecommunications, VoIP, video conferencing and call recording. By acquiring the company Ntiva makes a major step into the telecommunications arena. The two companies have been working closely over the last eight years. IN Communications’ staff will be absorbed by Ntiva and join their 120+ employees. This is the third acquisition Ntiva has been involved in since it was established.
“We intentionally acquired true talent and expertise to integrate into our overall offerings, and plan to further develop our service packages and processes for seamless delivery of voice and data services,” explained Ntiva’s CEO, Steven Freidkin.
