Continuum has promoted Steve Cardillo to Vice President of Corporate Development. The Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform company, which has corporate headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts, USA and a presence on Metro Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and London, United Kingdom, is a “channel-exclusive” provider of “fully integrated managed IT services”. It maintains a 3,500-strong network of managed services partners that “maintain both on premise and cloud-based servers, desktops, mobile devices and other endpoints” for around 50,000 small-and-medium-sized business customers. Mr. Cardillo has been with Continuum since 2011.
Prior to joining Continuum Mr. Cardillo was engaged by Summit Partners and responsible for the company’s software business and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industry investments. Before this he worked with Citi in New York in an investment banking role. He has had a number of roles at Continuum. He was previously in charge of the company’s corporate development and responsible for partnering with key technology companies. He also managed the company’s acquisitions and guided the company through its purchase of server backup software provider R1Soft. He will maintain his corporate development responsibilities in his new role, lead the company’s analytics strategy, and develop an “organization-wide business intelligence platform”.
