Managed IT Technology Platform Provider Continuum Announces New Cloud Capabilities
Managed IT technology platform provider Continuum has announced new cloud capabilities. Continuum, which has headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts, United States, was established in 2005. The company technology platform gives managed IT service providers the tools they need to “simplify IT management and deliver exceptional service to their small and medium-sized clients”. Its scalable Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)-based technology suite offers a “world-class NOC, SOC and Help Desk” which allows users to “remotely monitor, manage, secure and backup their clients’ IT environments” from a single interface. Continuum’s enhanced cloud capabilities were announced at ‘Navigate 2018’ - the company’s annual user conference held in Boston.

Continuum recognized IT service providers’ requirements to offer customers services across multiple environments and specific use cases. To give partners “greater opportunities to succeed in cloud” its platform capabilities have been enhanced to monitor, manage, and backup in Microsoft Azure. The ability to backup and manage disaster recovery through Azure adds considerable flexibility to its services and gives partners access to more potential customers. Its enhanced offerings will be available towards the end of 2018.

“Continuum’s emphasis on delivering multi-environment cloud support reflects the new and increasing business requirements of digital transformation and multi-environment infrastructures,” explained Continuum’s Product Manager, Bill Hughes. “By offering support of multiple cloud options across our core product line, we’re furthering our investment in building a best of breed platform for infrastructure management for MSPs.”
