Gilman Award of Excellence for outstanding customer service for the second year running. The company, a provider of managed web hosting services to individuals and business, accepted the award at a luncheon presented by the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce on November 9, 2005.
The Marvin S. Gilman Award of Excellence recognizes businesses that attain increasingly higher standards for service, success and customer satisfaction. A company’s business achievements, human resource programs, community involvement, and customer satisfaction programs are all considered as part of the award procedure. HostMySite.com won the 76-150 employee category after receiving the award in the 26 to 75 employee category in 2004. Alongside this achievement, HostMySite.com has also been mentioned in a list of the 500 fastest growing private companies in the United States. The company ranked 190 in the list compiled by Inc. Magazine. The company attributes a 573% growth over three years as part of the reason for its inclusion in the list. HostMySite.com’s place in the Inc.500 list continues a period that has seen the company receive a number of awards including consecutive 2004/2005 Delaware State Chamber of Commerce Award of Excellence wins, and CEO Lou Honick win the Small Business Administration’s Delaware Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2004.
