MCI Global Network Management Centers Earn ISO 9001 Certification

today announced its Network Operations Centers (NOCs) in Hilliard, Ohio and Cary, North Carolina are now ISO 9001:2000 certified by Underwriters
Laboratories Inc. (UL). Both centers earned the ISO designation for conformance to standards used worldwide to ensure the delivery of consistent,
high quality service to customers, while facilitating continual process improvement.
