Web Hosting Provider Mega Hosters Acquires Logic Internet
October 30, 2006 - (HOSTSEARCH.COM) - Web hosting provider Mega Hosters (http://www.megahosters.com) has acquired Logic Internet (http://www.logicinternet.com) it was announced late last week. A private shared web hosting company, Logic Internet was purchased on a cash basis, the report disclosed.
“This acquisition will bring over Logic Internet's customer base to our own state of the art hosting platform,” explained Mega Hosters Inc.’s President and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Clinton Jendyk. “Customers from Logic Internet will now benefit from a dedicated team of sales and support specialists, an expansive network and. furthermore, Logic Internet's customers will enjoy a wider range of services at very competitive prices”.
A Canadian company established in 1999 and based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Mega Hosters Inc. has grown from a web design company into a full web hosting provider offering a range of shared hosting options alongside services that include domain name registration and email services.
