June 27, 2007 - (HOSTSEARCH.COM) - Microsoft (http://www.microsoft.com/) has announced finalists for the 2007 Microsoft Partner Program Awards, it was announced today. The awards recognize Microsoft Registered, Certified and Gold Certified partners that have developed “exemplary solutions for their customers” over the past year. The awards feature a Hosting Solutions Partner of the Year category.
Around 1,800 entries were submitted to the awards by Microsoft partners, and finalists were selected based on their dedicated use of Microsoft technologies to provide customer solutions. Award winners will be announced at a ceremony at the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference 2007 in Denver, Colorado, USA, July 10–12, 2007.
“The Partner Program Awards gives Microsoft the distinct pleasure of recognizing Registered, Certified and Gold Certified partners that have demonstrated exceptional levels of innovation and value to customers,” explained Microsoft’s Corporate Vice President of the Worldwide Partner Group, Ms. Allison L. Watson. “The finalists announced today demonstrate our diverse and talented partner ecosystem that continues to raise the bar in the design and deployment of customer solutions built on Microsoft technologies.”
Awards will be presented in a range of categories including Advanced Infrastructure Solutions, Active Directory and Identity Management Partner of the Year, Advanced Infrastructure Solutions, Exchange Migration and Deployment Partner of the Year, Advanced Infrastructure Solutions, Hosting Solutions Partner of the Year, and Advanced Infrastructure Solutions.
Companies selected as finalists in the Hosting Solutions Partner category included Independent Consulting Solutions, Rackspace Managed Hosting, STRATO AG, and WebCentral Pty Ltd.
