Microsoft Cloud Specialist Hitachi Solutions America Acquires IT Professional Services Provider Capax Global

Microsoft cloud specialist Hitachi Solutions America has acquired IT professional services provider Capax Global LLC (Capax Global). Part of a “large network of interconnected Hitachi companies”, Hitachi Solutions America has global headquarters in Irvine, California, United States. Established in 1971, the company provides business application consulting services and “vertical industry solutions built on the Microsoft Cloud”. The award-winning group of Hitachi Solutions companies has a presence in the United Kingdom, Canada, India, Japan, China, and Asia Pacific. Hitachi Solutions America’s acquisition of Capax Global creates what it calls a “Microsoft Super Partner for Azure cloud services”.
Capax Global, a Microsoft Azure Cloud Partner, has headquarters in Chicago, Illinois, United States. Alongside Windows Azure-based cloud computing offerings, the company offers a broad range of services including information management and business intelligence services. Together with Hitachi Solutions America, Capax Global will deliver business applications, workplace and data, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions that leverage Microsoft Azure. “The companies share many synergies,” suggested a Hitachi Solutions America press release. These include a “deep commitment to achieving customer excellence, a close cultural alignment, and a strong strategic partnership with Microsoft”.
