Concurrency, Inc. has received three more Microsoft Gold competencies. The company, which was established in 1989, has offices in Milwaukee, Chicago and Minneapolis, USA. It provides a range of services, specifically “expert guidance to plan and deploy IT solutions that increase business productivity” amongst its customers.
Concurrency focuses on Microsoft technology and offers expertise in “core Microsoft platforms” such as Azure, SharePoint, Lync, System Center, Exchange, Office 365, and Dynamics CRM. The company now has six Microsoft Gold Competencies alongside eight Microsoft MVPs (for SQL Server, System Center Cloud and Datacenter Management, Enterprise Security, Service Management, Windows Server Clustering and Surface).
It is worthy of note that Microsoft partners have to reapply to maintain Gold competencies after they have been awarded – this is not an award for the length of time a company has been a Microsoft partner. Gold competencies are only awarded to partners with “the highest level of expertise and customer satisfaction within a technology specialization”. Concurrency's new Gold Competencies include two covering cloud activity and a third covering “Devices & Deployment”.
