| February 17, 2007 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Web hosting and domain name provider Moniker (http://www.moniker.com) will launch a ‘multi-million dollar’ live domain name auction in Las Vegas, the company announced this week. The auction will take place at T.R.A.F.F.I.C West in Las Vegas on Wednesday, March 7 at 2:30 p.m. Pacific Standard Time at The Venetian Resort, Hotel and Casino. Attendees of the conference will be able to place bids on a range of premium domain names. "Domain names are critical assets for all businesses, whether they are launching a new product or a new marketing campaign," explained Moniker’s CEO and co- founder, Monte Cahn. "Businesses and domainers alike need to consider domain names as investment vehicles that grow in value over time. This Live Auction offers businesses and domainers the opportunity to find multiple assets that will complement their business needs and help growth their portfolios." Only registered T.R.A.F.F.I.C. West attendees can make bids. A silent auction will run online from March 6, 2007 to March 14, 2007. "Moniker is thrilled to host another Live Auction of domain names at T.R.A.F.F.I.C. West," Cahn added. "We sold nearly $10 million worth of domains at our previous six auctions, and hope to break more records this year." |
