Mr. Kelly Bissell has joined professional services company
Accenture. Accenture, which has headquarters in Dublin, Ireland, offers a wide range of consulting services. The company also offers systems integration and technology options alongside business process outsourcing, and application and infrastructure outsourcing. Accenture also offers managed security offerings through its recently developed cyber intelligence and cyber defense platforms. Mr. Bissell will lead Accenture Security.
Mr. Bissell is a 25-year industry veteran with a specialist background in “breach incident response, identity management, privacy and data protection, secure software development and cyber risk management”. Prior to joining Accenture he worked with Deloitte & Touche LLP and was in charge of the company’s global cyber risk activity. He has also held executive positions at Arthur Andersen, BellSouth (AT&T), Medaphis, and McKesson. At Accenture Security Mr. Bissell will manage the company’s full range of managed security services and oversee its strategic consulting activity.
