Network services provider Magna5 has acquired managed services provider NetServe365. Magna5, whose corporate headquarters are in Dallas, Texas, United States, offers a broad range of network services, unified communications, and infrastructure technology services. With a presence in major cities across the United States (Seattle, Portland, San Antonio, New York, and Troy) the company caters to around 7,500 "mid-market enterprise customers" that operate in areas as diverse as education, healthcare, government, and financial services. NetServe365 is Magna5's fourth acquisition over the last year and a half.
With headquarters in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States, NetServe365 offers a broad range of managed services, hosting options and consulting services. Established in 2001, NetServe365 will enhance Magna5's PaaS, IaaS, and UCaaS capabilities through the "addition of award-winning network and server monitoring and management, cloud hosting and managed IT security services". Financial aspects of the deal have not been released.
