Web Network Solutions Launches Online Highlights of GrowSmartBiz Conference
October 12, 2009 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Following the success of the first ever GrowSmartBiz Conference, Network Solutions® has posted video clips of the panel discussions and small business quick tips online for those who did not have the opportunity to attend the event or view the live webcast on September 29. Hundreds of business owners and small business experts attended the day-long event, which was hosted by Network Solutions at the Renaissance Hotel in Washington, DC.

In July, Network Solutions and the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business released the second wave of results of the Small Business Success Index (SBSI), an ongoing index designed to measure the overall health of small businesses. The SBSI reveals that companies that focus on improving in critical areas such as marketing and innovation and access to capital are ranked as more competitive and more profitable.
The conference keynote addresses were given by Roy Dunbar, chairman and CEO of Network Solutions, Chris Anderson, well-known author and editor-in-chief of Wired Magazine, and U.S. Sen. Mark Warner, who has 20 years experience as a business leader in the high-tech industry and was the co-founder of telecommunications firm Nextel® Communications, now known as Sprint Nextel (NYSE: S).
