Nexpoint Expands Phone Support Services to 24 Hours a Day.

May 10, 2005 - (HOSTSEARCH.COM) - Today, web hosting provider Nexpoint Technologies, announced the expansion of their voice support services call center. Nexpoint Support Services will now be available via telephone 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

“We believe in offering our clients the most flexible avenues for support when they need it most. By developing a 24 hour model for voice support, our clients can rest assured when they need assistance we’ll be there,” stated Tom Honec, Managing Director.

Nexpoint Technologies’ Harrisonburg call center primarily serves as a site operations center for their web hosting and network infrastructure operations. With the new expansion, Support Services are available 24 hours a day through telephone, online chat, and online trouble tickets.
