Mphasis has acquired DevOps automation services provider Stelligent. Established in 1998, Mphasis has its head offices in New York and a presence at numerous cities across the United States. The company is a ‘DevOps Automation Services Specialist’ that leverages the Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform. The company’s proprietary ‘Front2Back Transformation’ harnesses the cloud to offer a “hyper-personalized digital experience to clients and their end customers”. Its acquisition of Stelligent enhances Mphasis' ability of offer end-to-end capabilities in the public cloud and enhances its managed services options. The deal also enhances Mphasis’ containerization capabilities and is reported to have cost $25 million.
Stelligent, which has headquarters in Reston, Virginia, United States, was established in 2007. A technology services company, its also provides DevOps automation on the AWS cloud and with “deep expertise in ‘Continuous Delivery’ solutions” has achieved AWS Premier Consulting Partner status. The company has over 100 certifications and a broad customer base which includes Fortune 500 companies. Mphasis will absorb Stelligent’s team of more than 50 engineers. Together the two companies will be known as ‘Mphasis Stelligent’ and offer “best-in-class DevOps and DevSecOps solutions on AWS”.
